58.7. An authorized person appointed under section 55.9.17 of the Act, hereinafter called “authorized person” who witnesses an offence against Division III of the Animal Health Protection Act (chapter P-42) or against this Regulation shall immediately draw up an offence report complying with the Regulation respecting the form of offence reports (chapter C-25.1, r. 2).
