25. An inspector or a person authorized under section 87 of the Petroleum Products Act (chapter P-30.01) who contravenes the provisions related to sampling and analysis of petroleum products commits an offence.

An inspector or a person authorized under section 87 of the Petroleum Products Act (chapter P-30.01) who contravenes the provisions related to sampling and analysis of petroleum products commits an offence and is liable to a fine provided for in paragraph 1 of section 106 of the Petroleum Products Act.
