10.3.2.4. Refrigerated freshwater products must be kept at an internal temperature of between 0ºC and 4ºC.
Frozen freshwater products must be kept at an internal temperature not exceeding -18ºC.
Semi-preserved freshwater products must be stored at a temperature not exceeding 10ºC.
