Disposition versions
83. Pharmacists must report to the Order any pharmacist, intern, student or any other person authorized to practise whom they believe is unfit to practise, incompetent or dishonest, or whom they consider has performed an act in contravention of the provisions of the Pharmacy Act (chapter P-10), the Professional Code (chapter C-26) or their regulations.
