Disposition versions
40. Chapter 7 of the Regulation respecting certain terms of employment applicable to senior administrators of agencies and of public health and social services institutions (chapter S-4.2, r. 5.2) applies to an assistant president and executive director, with the necessary modifications. Despite the foregoing, if the parties fail to agree on the choice of an arbitrator, the Minister mandates a third person to choose the arbitrator.
