Subject to conflicting legislation, every notary shall allow a client to require the correction of any information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or ambiguous given the purpose for which it was collected, contained in a document concerning the client in any record established in his respect. The notary shall also allow a client to require the deletion of any information that is outdated or unjustified given the object of the record, and to prepare written comments and file them in the record.
