N-1.1, r. 1 - Regulation exempting certain categories of employees and employers from Division VI.I of Chapter IV and from section 122.1 of the Act respecting labour standards

1. Is exempt from Division VI.I of Chapter IV of the Act respecting labour standards (chapter N-1.1):

(1)  an employee who works exclusively as a fireman;

(2)  an employee who is a member of the Sûreté du Québec;

(3)  an employee who takes an early retirement because of health reasons, accumulated holidays or for any other reason before the date on which Division VI.I of Chapter IV of the Act comes into force in his case.
