38. The Commission sees to the remittance of the amounts owed to an employee covered by the judgment or transaction, in accordance with section 121 of the Act respecting labour standards (chapter N-1.1), after having so informed the licence holder and the client enterprise.
Where the total amount owed exceeds the amount of the security, the Commission sees to the remittance of the amounts in proportion to the debts of the employees.
