23. No holder of a personnel placement agency licence may(1) charge an employee fees for the employee’s assignment to a client enterprise, for the training required for that assignment or for assistance or advice received in preparation for job interviews, in particular for writing employment search tools; or
(2) take measures or agree on provisions preventing or restricting the employee’s hiring by the client enterprise, beyond a period of 6 months following the beginning of the assignment of an employee to a client enterprise.
