Disposition versions
31. In addition to the authorizations referred to in section 22, the director of the Direction du soutien au développement de la main-d’oeuvre of the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail is authorized to sign, for his or her sector of activities, agreements pertaining to the granting of subsidies in connection with implementation of the allocation plan for the resources of the WSDRF, prepared annually by the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail and approved by the Minister, up to $350,000.
