Section 6.1
Disposition versions
6.1. The Deputy Minister and the Assistant Deputy Minister responsible for sports are each authorized, in the place of the Minister, to approve, with or without amendment, the safety regulations of a sports federation or unaffiliated sports body in accordance with paragraph 1 of section 21 and section 27 of the Act respecting safety in recreation and sports (chapter S-3.1).
6.1.
