On lands of the domain of the State, the types of construction that the holder of a claim, a mining exploration licence or a licence to explore for surface mineral substances may erect or maintain without ministerial authorization on the land subject to the right are temporary, portable shelters that can be dismantled and are made of pliable material stretched over rigid supports.
