4. Error: A person who has signed or sent a return in accordance with section 45 or 46 of the Public Health Act (chapter S-2.2) must immediately give notice of an erratum if he discovers that he has made a mistake or if he obtains additional information; he must provide, in support of his claims, all documentary proof in his possession.

A copy of such notice must be sent to the other persons who signed the form contemplated in the first paragraph.
