18. Content of the return: A return of death within the meaning of section 46 of the Public Health Act (chapter S-2.2) must be completed by using Form SP-3 appearing at Schedule 3 and sent to the Institut de la statistique du Québec, not later than 72 hours after the confirmation of death.
