14. Foundling: An institution, body or person that accepts the care of a child who is found alive and who is apparently under one year old must fill in and send Form SP-1 appearing as Schedule 1 within 8 days following such decision to care for the child; the mention “foundling” must then be entered in the “unavailable information” section.
