43. To pass the examination, junior engineers must obtain a mark of at least 60% in each of the parts of the examination listed in paragraphs 1 to 3 of section 38. Otherwise, they shall be obliged to retake each part of the examination.
The examination director shall correct the examinations as soon as possible and inform each junior engineer in writing of his mark.
