12. In assessing a candidate’s equivalence of training, the committee of examiners shall take into consideration notably the nature, content and quality of courses taken, the number of years of education, the candidate’s relevant work experience and the passing of the examinations required by it pursuant to the recommendations that were made to the board of directors.
