Disposition versions
63.5. Despite the first paragraph of section 41, a provisional teaching licence to which section 40 refers issued in the period between 15 December 2021 and 30 June 2025 is valid for a period of not more than 4 years. Such a licence expires at the end of the third school year following the year in which it was issued.
