Section 50
Disposition versions
50. The Innovative enterprise business project consists of the 2 following profiles:
(1) Start up of an innovative enterprise;
(2) Implementation of an innovative project.
50. The Minister selects a foreign national referred to in paragraph 1 of section 49, as part of component 1 of the entrepreneur program, if the foreign national obtains the number of points required as the cutoff score, where applicable, and as the passing score provided for in the Regulation respecting the weighting applicable to the selection of foreign nationals (chapter I-0.2.1, r. 4) in the awarding of the points in respect of the factors and criteria provided for in the Selection grid for the economic class in Schedule A.
