Unless the context indicates a different meaning, the position titles and job descriptions to which this Regulation refers are those appearing in the document entitled “List of job titles, descriptions, and salary rates and scales in the health and social services network” referred to in section 15 of the Act respecting conditions of employment in the public sector (2005, chapter 43), hereafter “the List”.
