Disposition versions
43. For the purposes of this Regulation, in particular section 8, the population of a central municipality or of a reconstituted municipality referred to in any of sections 4 to 14 of the Act respecting the exercises of certain municipal powers in certain urban agglomerations (chapter E-20.001) is, for the fiscal year 2004 or the fiscal year 2005, the population specified in Schedule 1 to this Regulation.
