On receipt of the notice of contestation referred to in section 115.1 of the Act respecting the regulation of the financial sector (chapter E-6.1) and on expiry of the 15-day period provided for therein, the Tribunal enters the case on the roll for the Practice Chamber and sends a notice of presentation to all parties.
