Disposition versions
25. For all of his other referendum duties, the clerk or clerk-treasurer of the person replacing him is entitled to receive the following remuneration:
(1) where a referendum list is prepared and revised at the referendum, the greater of $649 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.489 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.145 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.051 for each of the remainder;
(2) where no referendum list has been prepared and where the list that already exists has been revised for the referendum, the greater of $387 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.290 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.082 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.027 for each of the remainder;
(3) where a referendum list has been prepared but has not been revised for the referendum, the greater of $387 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.290 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.082 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.027 for each of the remainder;
(4) where no referendum list has been prepared and where the list that already exists has not been revised for the referendum, the greater of $134 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.089 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.025 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.009 for each of the remainder.
25. For all of his other referendum duties, the clerk or clerk-treasurer of the person replacing him is entitled to receive the following remuneration:
(1) where a referendum list is prepared and revised at the referendum, the greater of $610 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.460 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.137 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.048 for each of the remainder;
(2) where no referendum list has been prepared and where the list that already exists has been revised for the referendum, the greater of $364 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.273 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.078 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.026 for each of the remainder;
(3) where a referendum list has been prepared but has not been revised for the referendum, the greater of $364 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.273 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.078 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.026 for each of the remainder;
(4) where no referendum list has been prepared and where the list that already exists has not been revised for the referendum, the greater of $126 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.084 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.024 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.009 for each of the remainder.
25. For all of his other referendum duties, the clerk or clerk-treasurer of the person replacing him is entitled to receive the following remuneration:
(1) where a referendum list is prepared and revised at the referendum, the greater of $582 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.439 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.131 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.046 for each of the remainder;
(2) where no referendum list has been prepared and where the list that already exists has been revised for the referendum, the greater of $347 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.261 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.075 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(3) where a referendum list has been prepared but has not been revised for the referendum, the greater of $347 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.261 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.075 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(4) where no referendum list has been prepared and where the list that already exists has not been revised for the referendum, the greater of $120 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.081 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.023 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.009 for each of the remainder.
25. For all of his other referendum duties, the clerk or clerk-treasurer of the person replacing him is entitled to receive the following remuneration:
(1) where a referendum list is prepared and revised at the referendum, the greater of $578 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.436 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.131 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.046 for each of the remainder;
(2) where no referendum list has been prepared and where the list that already exists has been revised for the referendum, the greater of $344 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.260 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.075 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(3) where a referendum list has been prepared but has not been revised for the referendum, the greater of $344 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.260 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.075 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(4) where no referendum list has been prepared and where the list that already exists has not been revised for the referendum, the greater of $119 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.081 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.023 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.009 for each of the remainder.
25. For all of his other referendum duties, the clerk or secretary-treasurer of the person replacing him is entitled to receive the following remuneration:
(1) where a referendum list is prepared and revised at the referendum, the greater of $578 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.436 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.131 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.046 for each of the remainder;
(2) where no referendum list has been prepared and where the list that already exists has been revised for the referendum, the greater of $344 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.260 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.075 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(3) where a referendum list has been prepared but has not been revised for the referendum, the greater of $344 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.260 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.075 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(4) where no referendum list has been prepared and where the list that already exists has not been revised for the referendum, the greater of $119 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.081 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.023 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.009 for each of the remainder.
25. For all of his other referendum duties, the clerk or secretary-treasurer of the person replacing him is entitled to receive the following remuneration:
(1) where a referendum list is prepared and revised at the referendum, the greater of $565 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.427 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.129 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.045 for each of the remainder;
(2) where no referendum list has been prepared and where the list that already exists has been revised for the referendum, the greater of $336 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.255 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.074 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(3) where a referendum list has been prepared but has not been revised for the referendum, the greater of $336 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.255 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.074 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(4) where no referendum list has been prepared and where the list that already exists has not been revised for the referendum, the greater of $116 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.080 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.023 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.009 for each of the remainder.
25. For all of his other referendum duties, the clerk or secretary-treasurer of the person replacing him is entitled to receive the following remuneration:
(1) where a referendum list is prepared and revised at the referendum, the greater of $554 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.419 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.127 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.045 for each of the remainder;
(2) where no referendum list has been prepared and where the list that already exists has been revised for the referendum, the greater of $329 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.251 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.073 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(3) where a referendum list has been prepared but has not been revised for the referendum, the greater of $329 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.251 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.073 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(4) where no referendum list has been prepared and where the list that already exists has not been revised for the referendum, the greater of $114 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.079 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.023 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.009 for each of the remainder.
25. For all of his other referendum duties, the clerk or secretary-treasurer of the person replacing him is entitled to receive the following remuneration:
(1) where a referendum list is prepared and revised at the referendum, the greater of $544 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.412 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.125 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.045 for each of the remainder;
(2) where no referendum list has been prepared and where the list that already exists has been revised for the referendum, the greater of $323 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.247 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.072 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(3) where a referendum list has been prepared but has not been revised for the referendum, the greater of $323 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:

(1) where a referendum list is prepared and revised at the referendum, the greater of $536 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.406 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.123 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.044 for each of the remainder;
(2) where no referendum list has been prepared and where the list that already exists has been revised for the referendum, the greater of $318 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.243 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.071 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(3) where a referendum list has been prepared but has not been revised for the referendum, the greater of $318 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:

(a) $0.406 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.123 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.044 for each of the remainder;
(2) where no referendum list has been prepared and where the list that already exists has been revised for the referendum, the greater of $212 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.243 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.071 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;

25. For all of his other referendum duties, the clerk or secretary-treasurer of the person replacing him is entitled to receive the following remuneration:
(1) where a referendum list is prepared and revised at the referendum, the greater of $351 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.400 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.121 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.043 for each of the remainder;
(2) where no referendum list has been prepared and where the list that already exists has been revised for the referendum, the greater of $209 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.239 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.070 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.025 for each of the remainder;

25. For all of his other referendum duties, the clerk or secretary-treasurer of the person replacing him is entitled to receive the following remuneration:
(1) where a referendum list is prepared and revised at the referendum, the greater of $346 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.395 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.120 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.043 for each of the remainder;
(2) where no referendum list has been prepared and where the list that already exists has been revised for the referendum, the greater of $206 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:

25. For all of his other referendum duties, the clerk or secretary-treasurer of the person replacing him is entitled to receive the following remuneration:
(1) where a referendum list is prepared and revised at the referendum, the greater of $342 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.391 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.119 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.043 for each of the remainder;
(2) where no referendum list has been prepared and where the list that already exists has been revised for the referendum, the greater of $204 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.234 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.069 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(3) where a referendum list has been prepared but has not been revised for the referendum, the greater of $204 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.234 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;

25. For all of his other referendum duties, the clerk or secretary-treasurer of the person replacing him is entitled to receive the following remuneration:
(1) where a referendum list is prepared and revised at the referendum, the greater of $339 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.388 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;

(2) where no referendum list has been prepared and where the list that already exists has been revised for the referendum, the greater of $202 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.233 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.069 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;

25. For all of his other referendum duties, the clerk or secretary-treasurer of the person replacing him is entitled to receive the following remuneration:
(1) where a referendum list is prepared and revised at the referendum, the greater of $331 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.380 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.117 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.043 for each of the remainder;
(2) where no referendum list has been prepared and where the list that already exists has been revised for the referendum, the greater of $197 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.228 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.068 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(3) where a referendum list has been prepared but has not been revised for the referendum, the greater of $197 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.228 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;

(4) where no referendum list has been prepared and where the list that already exists has not been revised for the referendum, the greater of $67 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of persons qualified to vote entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a) $0.074 for each of the first 2,500 persons qualified to vote;
(b) $0.023 for each of the next 22,500 persons qualified to vote;
(c) $0.009 for each of the remainder.
