Disposition versions
20. A mortgage broker may submit an application for recognition of a training activity in which he has taken part that is not in the list available on the Authority’s website in accordance with subparagraphs 1 and 2 of the first paragraph of section 19. The recognition decision rendered pursuant to such an application will be valid only for the mortgage broker in question and only for the reference period during which he took part in the training.
