Section 21 Disposition versions

21. The Chamber certifies trainers if he or she has 1 year of experience in the given subject matter and meets one of the following conditions:

(1)  he or she has followed at least 21 hours of training in knowledge transmission;

(2)  he or she has 100 hours of experience as trainer;

(3)  (paragraph revoked).

21. The Chamber certifies trainers if he or she has 3 years of experience in the given subject matter and meets one of the following conditions:

(1)  he or she has followed at least 24 hours of training in knowledge transmission;

(2)  he or she has 240 hours of experience as trainer;

(3)  he or she has followed at least 12 hours of training in knowledge transmission and has 100 hours of experience as trainer.
