17.02. The employee available to work receives at least a remuneration equal to 4 times his hourly remuneration provided for in the Decree from Monday to Friday and to 3 times his hourly remuneration provided for in the Decree on the Saturday for each day of his standard workweek on which he is present at work, except in the following cases:(1) when there is a work interruption due to an act of God;
(2) when his employer notified him not to report to work at least 1 hour before the end of the preceding workday.
