7.09. An employee must receive the indemnity for the annual leave in a single payment before the leave begins or according to the terms and conditions that apply for the regular payment of the employee’s wages.
However, when the annual leave is divided in accordance with section 7.07, the indemnity shall correspond to the fraction of the annual leave.
