4. A real estate broker’s licence restricted to commercial brokerage authorizes its holder(1) to engage in the brokerage activities described in subparagraphs 1, 2 and 3 of the first paragraph of section 1 of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (chapter C-73.2), including activities involving a vacant commercial lot, but excluding activities involving a chiefly residential immovable comprising less than 5 dwellings, or a vacant residential lot or a fraction of a residential immovable that is the subject of an agreement or declaration under articles 1009 to 1109 of the Civil Code;
(2) to engage in the brokerage activities described in subparagraph 5 of the first paragraph of section 1 of the Real Estate Brokerage Act; and
(3) to give a client the name and contact information of a person or partnership offering loans secured by immovable hypothec or to otherwise put them in contact with one another.
