Disposition versions
2. Where the syndic or an assistant syndic is absent or unable to act, he or she may be replaced by a person appointed by the board of directors in accordance with section 82 of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (chapter C-73.2), for the duration of the absence or inability to act.
