77. Application to set date by priority. Every application to have a date set by priority for a case must be in writing, give reasons, and be presented to the assigned judge or, in the case of a municipal court where more than one judge is assigned, the coordinating judge.
The application may be made for any serious reason, in particular the complexity of the case and the number of witnesses.
