45. Where the Institut de médiation et d’arbitrage du Québec intervenes in the choice of an adjudicator under section 25 or 26, the applicant and the other party to the contract must each pay an amount of $250 plus taxes to the Institute within 10 days after the adjudicator has been appointed.
