Section 10.4 Disposition versions

10.4. The fees payable for examination of an application for authorization to perform an activity that modifies a wildlife habitat are fixed as follows:

(1)  for all activities in a habitat of a threatened or vulnerable species to the exclusion of wildlife management work: $2,875.35;

(2)  for all construction work for a hydroelectric generating station or a dam in a fish habitat: $2,935.71;

(3)  for all activities in a wildlife habitat that are not described in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this section to the exclusion of wildlife management work and work carried out by a regional county municipality in accordance with section 105 or 106 of the Municipal Powers Act (chapter C-47.1):

i.  for a natural person: $734.80;

ii.  for a legal person: $2,205.55.

10.4. The fees payable for examination of an application for authorization to perform an activity that modifies a wildlife habitat are fixed as follows:

(1)  for all activities in a habitat of a threatened or vulnerable species to the exclusion of wildlife management work: $2,797.03;

(2)  for all construction work for a hydroelectric generating station or a dam in a fish habitat: $2,855.75;

(3)  for all activities in a wildlife habitat that are not described in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this section to the exclusion of wildlife management work and work carried out by a regional county municipality in accordance with section 105 or 106 of the Municipal Powers Act (chapter C-47.1):

i.  for a natural person: $714.79;

ii.  for a legal person: $2,145.48.

10.4. The fees payable for examination of an application for authorization to perform an activity that modifies a wildlife habitat are fixed as follows:

(1)  for all activities in a habitat of a threatened or vulnerable species to the exclusion of wildlife management work: $2,715.56;

(2)  for all construction work for a hydroelectric generating station or a dam in a fish habitat: $2,772.57;

(3)  for all activities in a wildlife habitat that are not described in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this section to the exclusion of wildlife management work and work carried out by a regional county municipality in accordance with section 105 or 106 of the Municipal Powers Act (chapter C-47.1):

i.  for a natural person: $693.97;

ii.  for a legal person: $2,082.99.

(1)  for all activities in a habitat of a threatened or vulnerable species to the exclusion of wildlife management work: $2,633.91;

(2)  for all construction work for a hydroelectric generating station or a dam in a fish habitat: $2,689.20;

(3)  for all activities in a wildlife habitat that are not described in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this section to the exclusion of wildlife management work and work carried out by a regional county municipality in accordance with section 105 or 106 of the Municipal Powers Act (chapter C-47.1):

i.  for a natural person: $673.10;

ii.  for a legal person: $2,020.36.

(1)  for all activities in a habitat of a threatened or vulnerable species to the exclusion of wildlife management work: $2,615.60;

(2)  for all construction work for a hydroelectric generating station or a dam in a fish habitat: $2,670.51;

(3)  for all activities in a wildlife habitat that are not described in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this section to the exclusion of wildlife management work and work carried out by a regional county municipality in accordance with section 105 or 106 of the Municipal Powers Act (chapter C-47.1):

i.  for a natural person: $668.42;

ii.  for a legal person: $2,006.32.

10.4. The fees payable for examination of an application for authorization to perform an activity that modifies a wildlife habitat are fixed as follows:

(1)  for all activities in a habitat of a threatened or vulnerable species to the exclusion of wildlife management work: $2,564.31;

(2)  for all construction work for a hydroelectric generating station or a dam in a fish habitat: $2,618.15;

(3)  for all activities in a wildlife habitat that are not described in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this section to the exclusion of wildlife management work and work carried out by a regional county municipality in accordance with section 105 or 106 of the Municipal Powers Act (chapter C-47.1):

i.  for a natural person: $655.31;

ii.  for a legal person: $1,966.98.

(1)  for all activities in a habitat of a threatened or vulnerable species to the exclusion of wildlife management work: $2,501.77;

(2)  for all construction work for a hydroelectric generating station or a dam in a fish habitat: $2,554.29;

(3)  for all activities in a wildlife habitat that are not described in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this section to the exclusion of wildlife management work and work carried out by a regional county municipality in accordance with section 105 or 106 of the Municipal Powers Act (chapter C-47.1):

i.  for a natural person: $639.33;

ii.  for a legal person: $1,919.00.

(3)  for all activities in a wildlife habitat that are not described in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this section to the exclusion of wildlife management work and work carried out by a regional county municipality in accordance with section 105 or 106 of the Municipal Powers Act (chapter C-47.1):

i.  for a natural person: $633;

ii.  for a legal person: $1,900.
