23. Where a white-tailed deer, a moose or a black bear or a part thereof, including the pelt or a part thereof, is transported outside Québec, the transportation coupon or coupons and the proof of registration shall serve as authorization within the meaning of the Wild Animal and Plant Protection and Regulation of International and Interprovincial Trade Act (S.C. 1992, c. 52) to transport it outside Québec.

23.
