Disposition versions
49. This Regulation replaces the Regulation respecting the indemnity fund of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec (R.R.Q., 1981, c. C-48, r. 6).
However, the Regulation respecting the indemnity fund of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec will continue to govern claims filed against the fund before 1 March 2007, as well as claims filed against the fund after that date but which relate to events that took place prior to 1 March 2007 and concerning a member in respect of whom one or more other claims have already been filed against the fund.
