26. When deciding on any question relating to a conflict of interest, consideration shall be given to:(1) the respect of the duties and obligations towards the public and the profession;
(2) the explicit or implicit consent of the clients;
(3) the interrelationships between different mandates entrusted to the same town planner;
(4) the fact that the different mandates entrusted to the same town planner are simultaneous and their territorial or organizational concomitance;
(5) the parties’ good faith.
