Section 21
Disposition versions
21. A town planner who, on just and reasonable grounds, intends to unilaterally terminate a mandate shall give his client advance notice specifying the reasons for his withdrawal and at which moment he will terminate the mandate.
He shall give notice within a reasonable period of not less than 10 working days and, insofar as possible, make sure that such termination of service is not prejudicial to his client.
