1.09. The following diplomas awarded by the educational institutions designated below give access to the permit and specialist’s certificates issued by the Ordre professionnel des médecins du Québec:
(a)  Doctorat en médecine from Université Laval;
(b)  Doctorat en médecine from the Université de Montréal;
(c)  Doctorat en médecine from the Université de Sherbrooke;
(d)  Doctor of Medicine and Master of Surgery from McGill University.
