15. The Règlement sur le comité d’inspection professionnelle de l’Ordre professionnel des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (chapter C-26, r. 288), applies to the members, with the following amendments:

(1)  where it is applied to the holder of a marital and family therapist’s permit, it shall read with “thérapeute conjugal et familial” as a substitution for the words “travailleur social”;

(2)  the first and second paragraphs of section 2 and section 12 shall read with “membres de l’Ordre” as a substitution for the words “travailleurs sociaux”; and

(3)  the words “par les travailleurs sociaux” are deleted in section 11.

That Regulation, with the above-mentioned amendments, shall cease to apply to the members on the date of coming into force of a regulation made by the board of directors of the Ordre professionnel des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec, pursuant to section 90 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26).
