Disposition versions
18. A dental hygienist may not cease to act for the account of a client, unless he has fair and reasonable grounds to the contrary. Fair and reasonable grounds include the following, in particular:
(1) loss of the client’s confidence; or
(2) lack of cooperation on the part of the client.
