57. Chartered administrators shall charge fees that are warranted by the circumstances and that correspond to the services rendered. In determining their fees, chartered administrators must in particular take the following factors into account:(1) the time devoted to the professional service;
(2) the complexity and importance of the service;
(3) the carrying out of unusual services or services requiring exceptional competence or celerity;
(4) their experience;
(5) the result obtained in a matter involving particular difficulties having an uncertain outcome; and
(6) the scope of the responsibility assumed.
