13. Chartered administrators shall avoid any misrepresentation with respect to their level of competence or the efficiency of their own services and of those generally provided by the members of the profession or by the persons who carry on their professional activities within the same partnership or a joint-stock company.
If the interest of the client so requires, the chartered administrator shall, with the latter’s authorization, consult a colleague, a member of another professional order or another competent person, or send the client to one of those persons.
