60. A chartered appraiser who, in advertising, claims to possess skills or specific qualities, particularly in respect of the chartered appraiser’s level of competence, the effectiveness or scope of the chartered appraiser’s services or, as the case may be, the effectiveness of the services of persons who carry on their activities within the same partnership or joint-stock company as the chartered appraiser, must be able to substantiate such claims.
