56. Every chartered appraiser must, upon his client’s written request and free of charge, forward a copy of the corrected information, or, as the case may be, written confirmation that the information has been deleted or that written comments have been filed in the record, to the person from whom the information was obtained and to any person to whom the information has been given.
Every chartered appraiser who refuses his client’s request for correction must notify the client in writing of his refusal, giving reasons and informing him of available remedies.
