Disposition versions
14. A mediator who goes to a courthouse at the court’s request and to whom no mediation mandate is assigned is entitled to fees equal to 1 hour of mediation.
14. If a report has been filed with the office of the court pursuant to section 7, the mediator shall receive $68 in fees and may not claim any other remuneration from the parties.
