Disposition versions
58. Transaction. A transaction submitted for the approval of the court indicates the amounts that will be reimbursed to the Fonds d’aide aux actions collectives if it contributed financial assistant to the representative in accordance with section 30 of the Act respecting the Fonds d’aide aux actions collective (chapter F-3.2.0.1.1). Every application for approval must be served on the Fonds d’aide aux actions collectives, with a notice of presentation.
