RECIPROCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE OF NEW YORK AND QUÉBEC CONCERNING DRIVERS’ LICENCES AND TRAFFIC OFFENSES
PART I
PENALTIES APPLIED BY QUÉBEC
In accordance with Article 3 of the Agreement, Québec will apply the following penalties to its residents convicted of offenses in New York
