31. Once the candidates have been declared elected, the secretary shall place in separate envelopes the valid ballot papers, the rejected ballot papers and the unused ballot papers, and all the envelopes, including those rejected in accordance with this Regulation.
The secretary shall then seal the envelopes. The secretary and the scrutineers shall initial the seals.
The envelopes shall be kept until the board of directors, by resolution, has authorized the secretary to destroy them.
