Disposition versions
76. The chemist shall answer promptly and truthfully all requests for information or any correspondence addressed to him by the secretary, the assistant secretary, the syndic, one of his assistants, investigators or members of the professional inspection committee in the exercise of the duties devolved upon them by the law and the regulations.
