70. A person who, on 24 June 2008, holds a recognition or attestation in safety management on construction sites issued by the Board under section 58.1 of the Act may, during the validity period of the recognition or attestation, be a construction site safety management guarantor.

A person who, before 25 June 2008, obtained a passing mark for all the modules of the examination of skills related to managing safety on construction sites described in section 16 of the Regulation respecting the professional qualification of building contractors and owner-builders (O.C. 876-92, 92-06-10) may, in the period during which the marks are granted pursuant to the first paragraph of section 17 of that Regulation, be a construction site safety management guarantor.
