19. The examination of a person who is admitted to an examination sitting under false pretences or who disrupts the examination proceedings by committing fraud, plagiarizing or cheating or by cooperating in such acts is cancelled and that person may not be admitted to any examination or examination module for a period of 1 year after the date of cancellation by the Board.
